Thal Limited is a leading conglomerate engaged in the manufacture of Engineering, Building and Packaging products

The Board is primarily responsible for ensuring the appropriate review of future company plans, good governance and effective control systems to protect shareholders value. In essence the Board establishes corporate strategy and the company’s business objectives. It also approves Thal Limited’s financial statements and assesses overall performance against corporate plans and objectives.

At present the Board includes Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive and four other directors of the company.
